Clean for Pizza

In preparation for renovating, Friday, May 1 ( 1 - 7 pm) is a clean-up day at Pizza Matteo. Everyone willing to do a bit of scrubbing will get free pizza.

We're thrilled to have Brian Larson of Halo Hospitality helping us with all the details that need to be handled with a new restaurant. Brian recently consulted on the Citizen Hotel and Grange Restaurant in Sacramento.

The front needs some sprucing up. We're taking out the old booths, floor coverings and lights. Stay tuned for the new look.

The existing kitchen is spacious. We are upgrading the pizza oven and equipment but keeping the general layout.
